He remained with Superior Energy serving as president of Concentric Pipe and Tools Services for over 20 years, retiring in 2016. David also served as Chairman of the Board of Lafayette General Health Systems. Currently, a member of the Ochsner Health Systems board serving on the investment and audit & oversight committees. He has held several director and command leadership positions and led several large organizations responsible for the planning, programming, budgeting, and execution of over $1.3B and the organizing training, equipping, and mobilizing over 100,000 personnel, 1200 aircraft, and 88 wing-level organizations.

He has held positions as PetroQuest’s CEO, founder, and board member for Louisiana Oil & Gas Association, Iberia/Horizon Advisory Board, Federal Reserve Bank Atlanta, and Our Lady Lourdes Medical Center. He currently sits on the Federal Reserve Energy Advisory Council and is an American Association of Petroleum Landman member.

Ross Burgard is Trinity’s resident technical water advisor. He has been a Licensed Master Plumber for 23 years. He has owned and operated Burgard Plumbing during the same time, providing new construction for residential and commercial clients in Southern Louisiana. As an expert in his industry, he has intimate knowledge of water’s properties and the systematic structure of its flow. He also owns and has run several other businesses across real estate, insurance, and brokerage. Ross is a board member of the Terrebonne Parish Planning and Zoning Commission.

Clay is a seasoned operations management professional and executive leader with a 28-plus-year history of performance excellence in conducting, advising, and leading a myriad of business functions, from small teams to a workforce of 1000 plus employees, geographically displaced throughout a competent and functioning global enterprise. Clay’s many years of experience as an organizational leader across a myriad of professional services facilitates and enables our customers to apply Trinity Refining and Safety Systems (TRSS) products into their organizations to facilitate streamlining industrial operations that are environmentally and economically astute. Clay is a veteran of the United States Army and a retired Command Sergeant Major with 23 plus years of active-duty service and extensive service within the 75th Ranger Regiment and various Joint Special Operations Forces Units. His operational experience is complimented by a Bachelor of Liberal Arts with a Focus in Communications Studies from Excelsior College (w/Magna Cum Laude honors) and a Master of Arts degree in Leadership Studies from the University of Texas at El Paso (w/Summa Cum Laude honors).

Dan has developed real estate, including several multi-home developments, including a 75-home development.,. He has an extensive contracting, construction, and plumbing background. Dan served on the Construction Industry Center Board for South Dakota.
